“Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Doubara” had started with scintillating performance on Independence Day and collected huge 11 crores from limited screens (1600). But Balaji Tele Films has claimed 14.20 crores from 1600 screens. The film received positive reviews and word of mouth. So, it is expected that film will do better on coming days.
As far as Friday business is concerned, it is decent. The film was available on broad scale, screen number extended up to 2600 screens but film did ordinary business which usually happened on weekdays. This happened with this film, film stated with 30% occupancy in the morning show and improved in later shows.
2nd day collection should come around 11-13 crores. Figure can vary because a report from various centers is yet to come. Film was well in central and north part of the country and in coming days it will improve at other areas. Film should take big jump on Saturday and Sunday and finish first weekend with handsome number.
