Ultimately the day comes when “Bhag Milkha Bhag” crossed 100 crores milestone on home box office and become first sports film (biography of sport's personality) of India that done this magic. This also become second biggest hit of the year 2013 after “YahJawani Hai Deewani” as well as third big film of the year that crossed this magic figure.
In January-February Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Podukone starrer film “Race 2” and in May-June Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Podukone starrer film “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani” had done this magic.
This is great achievement for this film and great honor for Director Rakeh Omprakash Mehra, Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor. This is first 100 crores film of all threes. Of course, it will increase their star power. Off course, credit of great success goes to its great content, stupendous work of Rakesh Mehra, Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor. This is great tribute to great Milkha Singh.
If we talk about film’s performance, it had done stupendous business in three week and reach to 96 crores. The film continues performance on 4th weekend and collected required 4 crores on weekend. The film collected 1.05, 1.55 and 2.25 crores on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Total 4th weekend collection is 4.85 crores.
Now, it will finish fourth week around 7.5 crores and life time domestic collection around 105 crores plus. From next week onward big films are lined up to releasing so it run will be almost finish by next week.
