Nautanki Saala is a romantic comedy film directed by Rohan Sippy. Ayushman Khurrana, Pooja Salvy, Kunnal Roy Kapoor, Evelyn Sharma are in lead role. Abhishekh Bachchan has done a cameo for his fiend Rohan Sipply.
Film started with positive note on Friday and took around 15% occupancy across the country. It we talk about performance in multiplex and single screens; it has taken good start at metro cities and multiplex but below expectation in mass areas. So, further business depends on critics review and word of mouth.
Since it is second film of Ayushmaan Khurrana who debuted Bollywood with a super hit film “Vicky Donor” last years and bagged lots of awards in his bag as an actor as well as a singer. Vicky Donor is known for unique content and excellent acting of Ayushman, so is expected with this film.
Since, it is a romantic comedy film different from Vicky Donor so it will be interesting to see, how people take it? Right now future of film depends on word of mouth. It should improve performance in single screen in coming days to bring decent first weekend collection. As far as first day collection is concerned film should collect around 3 crores on first day.
