“Jolly LLB” finished 3rd week with decent figure. It had finished 2nd week fantastically and collected more than expectation, 10 crores. It had fear with Himmatwala in 3rd week but bad performance of Himmatwala gave opportunity and it did good business.
The film did very good business in 3rd week and collected 2.30 crores. Now, total domestic collection is around 31.75 crores and it is clear hit and profitable venture for maker.
This film is among fewer sole films of lead actor Arshad Warsi which got success. There is no doubt that he is an excellent actor but in past he did not get success in solo films. He got immense love of audience as Circuit in Munna Bhai MMBS series but that was not a solo film and credit of success of that film had gone to lead actor Sanjay Dutt. Now, success of this film will give him opportunity to get sole film in future.
Overall Jolly LLB has done very good business. The film had done very well in first week and collected 19.50 cores and expected to collect 5-7 crores in 2nd week but it did more than expectation and finished 2nd week around 10 crores. It should collect around 1 crores in 4th week which help it to finish lifetime around 32 crores.
