“Jolly LLB” finished 4th week with 0.95 crores. The film did very good business in last 4 weeks and emerged as clean hit film. Now, it has almost finished its run with multiple releases this Friday but it will be remembered for good content and light comedy. This is first successful film of Arshad Warsi as a lead actor and it opens a new window in his career.
Jolly LLB was released on 15th March with good opening of 3.10 crores; further, it received positive reviews and word of mouth and improved on Saturday & Sunday and finished 1st weekend with respectable number 12.50; further it maintained pace on weekdays and finished first week with good number 19.50 crores.
The film recovered production cost 15 crores (10 cr + 5 cr promotion) in first week and did more than expectation in 2nd and 3rd week with 9 crores and 2.60 crores. Now, after 28 day’s run it has collected 32.00 crores domestically and 35.10 crores worldwidely. It will finish life time domestic around 32.35 crores.
