If we talk about “Himmatwala” it was most hyped film of the years; multiple claimed had been made by Director Sajid Khan before release and everybody had sewed their lip seeing his past record. Film started well on first day but showed unexpected fall on Saturday and Sunday. Film received extreme negative reviews and negative word of mouth therefore it finished first weekend with disappointing figure 26.50 crores.
Everybody lashed out at Sajid Khan, Ajay Devgyn and content of the film. For a moment it felt as everybody has great animosity with entire team of Himmatwala and they took revenge as got opportunity. Everywhere it becomes mockery and national pass time issue either it was real world or virtual world. Film sank faster than Titanic. Nobody had thought even in dread that it would be wane of most hyped film of the year.
Now, the question rises, is Himmatwala so bad film or blew away in the flood of negativity? We will discuss on this issue latar, now, let us talk about 2nd week performance. The film showed huge fall in second week. It has collected a pathetic amount on 2nd weekend 4.25 crores and now finished 2nd week around 6.25 crores. Film could not ever touch the mark of 50 crores and proved disaster. If new released film do not perform well then it can tough the mark of 50 crores otherwise looks difficult. Budget of the film was 72 crores so it will be in big loss.
