“Mere Dad Ki Maruti” had started slowly in the morning show on Friday but grew after very good reviews. It is also getting very good public response therefore future is bright.
The film did good business on Friday and collected around 1.05 crores. Positive word of mouth gave some improvement and it managed 1.35 crores on Saturday. It was released over only 550 screens but good reviews and positive public response inspired maker to increase number of screen up to 750 on Saturday.
In two day business, it has collected 2.40 crores. It should take good jump on Sunday and first weekend should come around 4.50 crores and first week around 6-7 crores. Since, it is low budget film so it will easily recover production cost.
It is also started well on overseas center and brought around 0.60 crores. Now, after two days total worldwide collection is 3 crores.
