The psychological thriller film “AATMA”took an ordinary opening on day first. Occupancy in the theater was around 10-15%. The film received good to mixed reviews so there is good chance to improve on coming days.
This film is a hunted film but it is presented in new way as director Spurn Verma claimed. The incident does not happen in that way as it happens in usual horror film. There is no effort to horrify public in unnatural way as director claimed. Bipasha Bashu had given super hit horror film in past like Raj and other Raj series so there is fair chance.
If we talk about 2nd day business, the film took slight jump and collected around 1.90 crores which bring two day collection around 3.50 crores. It should take big jump on Sunday to collect decent number on weekend. Right now it looks around 5.5-6 crores
