Raanjhanaa- Awesome, 2nd Weekend, 2nd Sunday Collection

Raanjhanaa did fantastic performance on 2nd weekend and collected around 10 crores as estimated earlier. The film will soon join the club of those non-starrer films which got grand success on box office, like Kai Po Che and Aashiqui 2.

Now, let us talk about second weekend business. The film took decent jump from 2nd Saturday and collected around 4 crores on Sunday which brought total domestic collection around 45 crores. 

It will finish 2nd weekend around 15 crores that means at the end of 2nd week film will touch or cross the mark of 50 crores and in next two weeks it will reach around 60 crores bench mark.

Ghanchakkar - Not Bad, Sunday, 1st Weekend Collection

Ghanchakkar had taken decent opening on Friday and expected to take big jump on Saturday. Film showed good jump in initial show but later it could not maintain it in evening and night show therefore it collected same amount on Saturday as on Friday and brought two days total domestic collection around 14.50 crores.

If we talk about Sunday business, film took decent jump and collected around 8.30 crores and brought first weekend collection around 22.80 crores that is decent figure.

Real test of film will start on Monday onward and that will decide its future. Though film has two popular names Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan but it could not give it big opening. Film got mixed critics review and mixed word of mouth. It seems that content is not impressive. Let see how it does on weekdays. Film should collect around 33-35 crores in first week.

Ghanchakkar- Better on Saturday, 2nd Day Collection

Ghanchakkar had started slowly on Friday in initial show but later took healthy jump and finished first day around 7 crores. Since it is Emraan Hashmi and Vidhy Balan starrer movies so it is less than expectation but overall opening is decent.

As far as critics review is concerned it is mixed to negative but main factor for any film is public response and that is positive as we received so far. So film should do good business on coming days.

If we talk about Saturday business, film did better business, opening was around 50% across the country. Occupancy at Gurgaon was super with 60-70%. Film should collect around 8-8.50 crores. Film should taken big jump on Sunday and garner decent figure on first weekend.
